WHAT TO BRING
To have the best possible experience we recommend the following equipment and items to bring with you to the class
Bicycle - A trainer mountable bicycle with a slick rear tire. Some newer bikes need adapters and trainer skewers to properly mount a bicycle to a trainer. While we do have some spares its best to bring your own on your bike. This speeds up the setup dramatically. Also a slick rear tire is mandatory. Your local bike shop will be able to identify and help with any of this quickly and easily. Shoot us a message if you have any questions. Your bike should be tuned and ready to ride with tires fully inflated.
TOWELS - 2 is ideal with one for under your bike and one for your handlebars
CYCLING SHOES
WATER BOTTLES - With H2O or your sports drink of choice
optional but a good idea -
Spare inner tube for your bike - flats happen even on a trainer, a very limited supply of 700c road tubes may be onsite but best to bring your own.
Multi tool - for quick adjustments,
Change rooms and showers are also located in the facility
