MONTHLY COACHING PLAN  

The monthly coaching service is best suited to self motivated athletes who are seeking a highly individualized training program. This service includes a detailed monthly call to provide feedback on specific workouts and to set goals for the following month.  This is a good fit for an athlete who has a consistent weekly schedule to build the training around.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT 

  100% customized and individualized training plan laid out every 4 weeks  
Plans will be based on power, heart rate data, cadence and perceived exertion. 

A monthly review of your training log and data with feedback  

1 mid month plan adjustment as needed 


Nutrition guidance 

Monthly phone/zoom call to review training progress

Initial phone consultation to set goals and create your annual training plan

20% discount on private one on one road/cx/mtb skills sessions


  

Athlete Requirements 

Heart Rate Monitor(w/chest strap)
​Power meter recommended 
Cadence sensor 
Uploadable device such as a Wahoo element, Garmin 520 etc 
Access to basic strength equipment 
Ability to train 5+ hours per week 
Update training log daily with data, daily metrics and daily comments
