Using and combination of power and heart rate data and scientifically based training practices we look to maximize an athletes training time.

1 x 30 minute phone call per month
Initial consultation to set goals and create your Annual Training Plan
20% discount on private one on one road/cx/mtb skills sessions

Heart Rate Monitor(w/ chest strap)
Power meter equipped on primary bike
Uploadable device such as a Wahoo element, Garmin 520 etc
Access to basic strength equipment
Ability to train 8+ hours per week
Update training log daily with data, daily metrics and daily comments
