We believe in helping athletes along the way no matter what their budget, time demands or needs are. Our consultations offer the flexibility to talk to a professional cycling coach one on one confidentially on a wide range of topics .
Consultations can be arranged for the following (but not limited to)
- Historical training data review
- Assistance in building your own training plan
- Incorporating a nutrition strategy into your daily training
- Guidance on how to break through a current plateau
- Incorporating power, heart rate and Muscle Oxygen saturation into a plan
- Testing guidance- navigating the wide range of testing protocols i.e ramp test, CP Tests, lactate, Vo2max
Consultations start at $49.99 +hst for a 45 minute call

TRAINING PLANS
For driven self motivated athletes in need of a personalized custom training plan to guide their training towards achieving their cycling goals we offer 30, 60, 90 day training plans. These training plans are built to each athlete based on their training history, individual goals, physical limiters/strengths and the demands of their event. We specialize in Mountain bike , Cyclocross, Gravel and Road disciplines.
