Andrew has worked with many successful competitive athletes since 2012, with a strong focus on provincial and national level development athletes often move into national and trade programs to continue their competitive journeys.
Jennifer Jackson
Canadian XCO, XCC, XCM National Champion
Andrew coached Jennifer in her transition from national level cross -country skiing over several years leading to the National Cycling Team Program and Professional Trade Teams. Much of this work focused on race craft, technical skills work and transferring an already deep training knowledge to cycling. This culminated in a win at Jenn's first National Championships in U23 in Canmore Alberta. Followed the next two seasons with a Canada Cup overall win, Canada Cup individual wins and Top 32 placings in Elite World Cup rounds.

Cole was a young 15 year old when he and Andrew first met racing a weekly series at Buckwallow near Bracebridge Ontario. Part of the Angry Johnny's race team at the time, Andrew began working with Cole in the fall of 2019. Coles work ethic quickly was apparent early on and throughout 2020 with limited race opportunities. Andrew and Cole made the best of what they could with Local race TT's each week practicing different pacing and tactics. Cole continued to train and committed to several months of racing outside Canada and was rewarded with a Junior world series win in Switzerland and a strong worlds performance. Cole was accepted into Cycling Canada's Next Gen program and received a Scholarship to Brevard College.
